Pick a Stick February Challenge #PASC216

Hello everyone,
Today it is my turn to do the stick draw for the month. If you don't know what that is you can watch all our January challenge videos here. If you see this post after Noon on February 5th, you will also find the February challenge video. Please join us and play along as we challenge ourselves each month with a new art journal page.

There is a Facebook group forming so we can chat, talk about art and post our own interpretations of the monthly challenges. The link is above or you can search for the Pick A Stick Challenge on Facebook to find us.  I have seen some wonderful work from my crafty friends. If you don't join the facebook group and still want to participate this month, the hashtag to use on other social media sites is #PASC216. That way we can find your work with a search and share it with others. This is going to be a fun, filled month with a few surprises. I can's wait to see what everyone makes. Let the fun begin.

Fab4Creates January 2016 Reveal party

Drum roll please, 1.29.16 has arrived and with that the big reveal for the Pick A Stick challenge.

What is that you might ask. Well some of you may recall that last November there was a Nanojoumo month long challenge to journal everyday for a month. Well, not only did my three friends and I journal but we video taped the process. We enjoyed that collaboration so much, we wanted to continue challenging each other (and others).

This prompted a lot of conversation about what to do. We came up with a monthly challenge and will be sharing our creations and process videos with You Tube viewers and the people who joined the challenge in the Facebook group. You can join us too. You can find the group here  or search for Pick A Stick Challenge to request being added.

 To find our videos, we have created a play list for you here. If you want to see more join the group and see what everyone is creating. There are some awesome creations you won't want to miss. So as of today at 12 noon CST the videos will go live. I hope you enjoy them and maybe you will come create along with us.
