These are some of the photos I borrowed from folks out shooting the flood waters in the Cedar Rapids area. The river crested at 31.21 ft. today. The last flood in 1993 crested at 19 ft.
Below is historic Sutliff bridge area. It is hard to believe we had planned a leisurely day of kayacking her just two weeks ago.
