Father's Day card

Now is the time to start thinking about those special fellas in our lives. Simon Says Stamp is hosting a Father's day card challenge this week. I know a couple of special "Dads" who deserve a tribute.

This background is created using spectra tissue paper pieces. Water transfers the color from this tissue because it is not colorfast. The scenic stamp is from Stampscapes. I think any scenic stamps would work with this technique. Sorry the sentiment has no identification on it. I embossed it with detail powder. I hope you can see the lovely watercolor look the tissue transfer creates in the background. Try this for yourself. You never get the same thing twice so it is truly one of a kind.
