Some of you may remember I was playing with some new paints from Art Anthology the other day. I made a few tags and played with the Gelli printing plate. I decided to incorporate some of that work into a scrapbook page. I used some of the Meridian paint mixed with gesso and applied it through a stencil for the background. I also used some of the spray paint and dripped it about for texture. I used a Prima mask on the upper right to create the "Cute" background. Then I started layering my tags and papers that had made the other day along with a few Prima products.
I love how the clear paint worked as a resist when applied through the stencil on the tag. There's also just a hint of gold glitter in the clear paint. The second photo below gives a pretty good close-up shot of that.
I had a lot of fun using the pieces that I had created to complete my layout. That gorgeous teal green paint really pops on the page. Thanks for stopping by. Remember the Scrapbooking Studio has the Art Anthology paints available for you. You can also purchase them online here.
