CC3 Challenge 20 distress water coloring part two

Good morning my blog friends,
This morning I completed a tag for Studio L3, Linda Ledbetter's Compendium of Curiosity challenge. I was so inspired by the color choices Marjie Kemper used on her tag that I decided to work outside of my normal range of color choices. I was pleasantly surprised with my results. Here are a few pictures of products and the process. Tim also has a monthly tag challenge on his blog.

CC#3-20 Distressed Watercolor

If you would like to know more you can pick up Tim Holtz's Compendium of Curiosity 3. Tim is the king of crafts and will explain how to create all the lush looks on paper. Books  1, 2 and 3 are available. The challenge is sponsored by Tim and Mario and rotates between the Inspiration Emporium and the Funkie Junkie Boutique. Be sure to check out their sites and pick up some of the new goodies just released at CHA.
Be sure to stop by Linda's blog, say hello and soak up all the eye candy created by the curiosity crew. Thanks for stopping in. Leave me a note so I know you've been here. I always love to hear from you. Ttfn

I love your tag. You need to post instructions on how you made it. Or did I miss them?

Your tag is beautiful! I love that Marjie inspired your choice of colors outside of your comfort zone. Good for you!!! You did a beautiful job of blending and stenciling and layering those goegeous hearts. I also love the bits of Ideaology that you've added. Thanks for sharing your art with us at CC3C. <3 Candy

Yes! I love it when we stretch outside our comfort zone and try colors and techniques we might have normally shied away from. This tag is awesome with those bold color choices and stamp images. Excellent!
